Sunrise on the Reaping : Knew what was going to happen and gutted me anyway! Five stars for the nostalgia alone! Read if you like: The Hunger Games.

The Mars House : The Haptics, the mammoths, the colonies on Mars, idk, I loved it. Read if you like Klara and the Sun.

Margo’s Got Money Troubles : Quirky, endearing, lovable main characters. An excellent read for the chronically online. Read if you like Where’d You Go Bernadette or Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine.

All Better Now : Murky battles between good and evil, a light love story, teens taking on the world in the face of dystopia, questionable ethics of billionaires … all familiar themes for this author. If you are a Shusterman fan, you will like this one. Read if you like Shusterman’s Scythe series.

Same by Hannah Rosenberg : A beautiful book of poetry, perfect for the daughters, sisters, mothers, and girlfriends in your life. Read if you like Cleo Wade or Kate Baer.
